By implementing an integrated management system, PLASTIMO JSCo. has a main goal to continuously satisfy the requirements, needs and expectations of it’s customers by offering them high quality products and improving the Quality Management System according to

ISO 9001:2015  OHSAS 18001:2007  ISO 14001:2015

by continuously developing the implemented System and by constantly improving work on environmental protection, supports and develops the implemented Environmental Management System.

 

  1. QUALITY POLICY
    For us, this means:
    to research the needs and expectations of our customers and meet them to the fullest;
    • to assert and further develop our leading positions in the field of EPS and Neopor thermal insulation products, packaging and household appliances parts of EPS and EPP;
    • to increase the competitiveness of the company in the conditions of European integration, by optimizing the factors of training, quality, new technologies and equipment, new products and competitive prices;
    • to meet  the requirements of the quality management system and continuously improve its effectiveness;
    • to develop staff skills and enhance their skills through effective training;
    • to ensure that the objectives are measurable, analyzed and evaluated in achieving them;
    • to plan quality management activities at all levels and control their implementation through internal audits and management reviews;
    • to develop mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to ensure qualitative  and timely deliveries of materials at competitive prices;
    • to protect and care for the property of the company and the property of the customers  on an equal footing;
    • to optimize the processes in the company in accordance with the regulated requirements, on the basis of continuous improvement and development;

  2. HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
    This policy is aimed at developing all activities, processes, jobs and work equipment in a way that ensures the maintenance and continuous improvement of a healthy and safe working environment  for all associates of the organization in accordance with the following guiding principles:
    Continuous improvement of working conditions by minimizing  risks to staff and other stakeholders who may be exposed to health and safety risks related to the organization's activities, processes and products;
    • Commitment  to compliance with the legal and  voluntary requirements regarding health and safety at work relevant to the activities, processes, workplaces, work equipment and products of the organization;
    • Prevention and reduction of possible diseases and injuries related to the occurrence of incidents and emergencies by maintaining a high level of preparedness  for disaster response, accidents and catastrophes;
    • Reducing the risk of illnesses, accidents and workplace accidents by adopting common and specific goals and programs;
    • Maintaining sustainable working capacity of employees, preventing fatigue and stress at work and increasing productivity;
    • Commitment  to compliance with the specified physiological modes of work and rest  for work related to neuro-psychological load, imposed rhythm, monotony, forced working posture and others;
    • Applying the best available techniques where possible and economically feasible;
    • Monitoring and measuring key characteristics of processes and activities related to ensuring healthy and safe working conditions;
    • Providing the necessary training and enhancing personal responsibility for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions;
    • Active cooperation with the authorized organizations for control of health and safety at work and all interested parties in solving the problems related  to ensuring these conditions;
    • To involve people in the goals of the organization, through information and stimulation;
  • ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
    This policy is aimed at developing all activities, processes and products in an environmentally friendly manner while respecting the following guiding principles:
    Continuous improvement of environmental protection by reducing atmospheric air pollution, water pollution and waste management;
    • Compliance with environmental legal requirements relevant to the organization's activities, processes and products and their aspects;
    • Economical consumption of resources - gas, electricity and water;
    • Minimize and, where possible, prevent pollution by adopting common and specific goals and programs;
    • Striving to reuse and recycle the generated waste, as well as the proper separate collection, storage and transfer of an authorized company to the other waste generated by the company;
    • Monitoring and measuring key characteristics of processes and activities that have significant environmental impacts;
    • Providing the necessary training and enhancing personal responsibility for environmental protection;
    • Active cooperation with authorized environmental control organizations and all interested parties in solving environmental problems;
    • Continuous improvement of the organization's achievements on the basis of analyzes, information and efficient solutions;
    All suppliers and customers of the organization are urged  to comply with management's environmental commitments.
    The management of PLASTIMO JSCo calls on the associates of the organization to apply the principles and requirements arising from  the present policy on quality, health and safety at work and the environment and to proceed  from  them in setting the goals. The implementation of these principles and the personal responsibility of everyone for quality assurance, health and safety at work and environmental protection, as well as compliance with the requirements arising from the implementation of the Integrated Management System are the responsibility of all associates.
    The management of PLASTIMO JSCo assumes its responsibility for the training and motivation of the employees of the company, so that they understand and observe the present obligations and the applicable legislative and other requirements related to their activity in ensuring healthy and safe working conditions.
